Philip J. Pactor
Phil Pactor
is President and Founder of Technology Infrastructure Management
Services Inc., headquartered in Chappaqua, New York. He has over
15 years of diverse leadership and technology experience throughout
the global financial community. Most of that time was spent with
the internationally-known, full-service financial firm of Salomon
Brothers Inc.
Most recently,
Phil was with Cantor Fitzgerald Securities as Managing Director
of Global Technology Infrastructure, where he maintained a $70 million
budget. In this position, he also managed over 200 employees within
nine departments, providing service to over 600 corporate customers
and to 14 Cantor Fitzgerald offices worldwide.
Phil began his
10 years at Salomon Brothers as a Senior Systems Administrator where
he created and managed the first Distributed Systems Help Desk.
He then accepted promotion to Vice President, and ultimately to
Director of Distributed Systems Engineering and Support.
During his tenure
at Salomon Brothers, Phil was responsible for the Fixed Income Arbitrage,
Government Trading and FOREX technology groups, and later, all of
Salomon Brothers distributed systems. He also played an instrumental
role in the construction and configuration of Salomon's former world
headquarters located at 7 World Trade Center, as well as the firms
Singapore facility.
Phil has successfully
overcome the challenges brought about by the digital age and the
Internet to deliver creative, effective business-defined technology
solutions. Spanning all disciplines and levels, he continues to
forecast future trends in technology ensuring TIMSI's solutions
are appropriate for tomorrow, as well as today. A pioneer and an
innovator, Phil's knowledge, creativity and enthusiasm are shared

Mark Dianora
Mark Dianora
is Director of Infrastructure Services for TIMSI. His responsibilities
include design and development of all infrastructure projects. Working
within the Wall Street technical community for 18 years has given
Mark vast experience in all aspects of people and project management.
Most recently,
Mark held the title of Managing Director of European Infrastructure
out of Cantor Fitzgerald's London office. In this position, he was
accountable for an operating budget of $30M and a staff of more
than 100. He presided over many office builds/moves and data center
retrofits. Four years later, Mark had successfully led the firm
through new facility build-outs, the Euro conversion in 1999, Y2K
Disaster Recovery Planning and the European launch of eSpeed, the
firm's new electronic trading platform.
Previously,
Mark was Director of Technology & Technology Construction at
Cantor Fitzgerald. He was responsible for the design and implementation
of a new 5,000 square-foot data center, equity trading floor and
user migrations in NYC, as well as the implementation of the firm's
new facility in London.
The prior 13
years were spent at Salomon Brothers where Mark successfully managed
the online systems and network operations, contingency planning,
and also led the automation and vital records groups. Mark continued
on to play a major role in the firm's relocation from 1 NYP to the
new Headquarters at 7 WTC and the technology facility in NJ.
Bonni Pactor
Bonni Pactor is
Vice President of TIMSI serving as the director of Marketing and
Human Resources. Prior to joining TIMSI, Bonni spent 8 years in the
Securities Lending business. Most recently, she was a Director at
Swiss Bank, where she managed the trading desk and $40 billion
lendable securities for various pension
funds and international banks, and a staff of 3 traders. Bonni
entered the financial industry as a systems liaison for Bank of
Tokyo, working to assess and automate the custody department.
Previously, she
enjoyed a successful sales career with RJ Reynolds and then
Southwestern Bell, before moving on to the financial industry.
Bonni is an active
member in the community, participating in a variety of educational
initiatives including the Chappaqua Parents Preschool Association
where she was Fundraising Chairperson and Member of the Board.
Bonni is also an active member of the Chappaqua PTA having led
several committees.
Gregory Torres
Greg Torres is the
Senior Infrastructure Engineer at TIMSI. Greg’s more than 20 years
of experience in the Information Technology and Construction
industries, leading numerous large scale projects, is an asset to
TIMSI and to all of its clients.
His expertise and
attention to detail have contributed to the successful
implementation of hundreds of thousands of square feet of technology
spaces and infrastructure for many high profile clients such as:
Morgan Stanley, Bear Stearns, CIBC
World Markets, Deutche Bank, British
Airways and Henry
Schein. In each case, Greg
provided superior engineering and
project management skills to ensure the highest quality,
as well as a timely conclusion to each project.
Greg maintains an
excellent working relationship with a vast network of Architects,
MEP engineers, General Contractors and Electrical Contractors in the
Tri-State area and throughout the country. His experience includes
projects throughout the United States and Canada.
Kyle Rothbart
Kyle Rothbart is
Director of Technology Engineering Services at TIMSI. Kyle joined
TIMSI in 2001 and his responsibilities all Technology Platform
Engineering services. Working in the Financial Industry for 13
years, Kyle brings a wealth of systems and application integration
and project management experience to TIMSI.
Most
recently, Kyle held the title of Vice President of Enterprise
Technology at Merrill Lynch, with responsibility for Merrill’s
Direct Markets E-commerce portal deployment in New York and London.
Within nine months, the 25-person infrastructure team managed by
Kyle delivered Merrill’s first electronically-delivered client
connectivity portal to their Institutional Client Group.
Additionally, he managed the support of the Quality Assurance,
Development and Co-Location environments for Direct Markets and was
instrumental in the design of Merrill’s first multi-site Storage
Area Network in New York and London.
Kyle also spent
seven years at Salomon Brothers as Assistant Vice President within
the Investment Banking division’s Infrastructure Technology Group.
There he was responsible for the server infrastructure for
Investment Banking as well as the design and deployment of the
firm’s Standard Operating Environment – ensuring a standard,
supportable computing platform for the bank.

of Kyle’s wide range of technical and managerial skills, and vast
product knowledge and experience help establish TIMSI as a premier
Infrastructure Management Consulting company.
